After being assaulted twice in one day, a young woman takes to the New York streets with her semi-automatic pistol. Creepers beware!<\/p>\n<p>Ms. 45 is rough and very much a cult film and works, you might say, as an expression of rage against the pervasive sexual harassment against women.
