It's a doc that's been in my watch list since high school. Really took me back. Ha. Anyway, it's a look at the LA punk scene in the early 80s. You've got performances and interviews from X, Germs, Black Flag, Circle Jerks and more. Written and directed by Penelope Spheeris (Waynes World).<\/p>\n<p>Decline has been out of print for some time, but if you look hard enough on the internets bootlegs can be found. There's <a title=\"decline trilogy\" href=\"http:\/\/www.declinemovies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">been talk<\/a> for a while about releasing the film on DVD.
