Beasts of the Southern Wild<\/a>\u00a0 The 10th<\/strong> Probably the most anticipated film of August here at Ragtag. Louisiana floods, prehistoric beasts walk the earth, and Six-year-old Hushpuppy must survive it all with her sick father, Wink.

Your Sister's Sister<\/a>\u00a0 Mark Duplass, trying to clear his head, travels to a remote island to stay at his best friend's cabin. He unexpectedly meets his friend's sister. Trouble ensues.

This Is Not a Film<\/a>\u00a0 A documentary from Iran about director Jafar Panahi, who was arrested for making \"anti-government propaganda.\" Confined to his house, waiting for the verdict from the appeals court, and forbidden to make another film for twenty years, Panahi tells us his film. Panahi was arrested along with Mohammad Rasoulof, director of The White Meadows<\/a>, as seen in last year's Passport Series. Here's an article from the Guardian<\/a>.

A Trip to the Moon<\/a> & The Extraordinary Voyage<\/strong>\u00a0 We'll screen Georges M\u00e9li\u00e8s's 16-minute 1902 sci-fi classic and the documentary about the discovery of a colorized print and its restoration. With newly-composed soundtrack by Air. A one-night affair.

Cosmopolis<\/a>\u00a0 Cronenberg's new film, based on Don DeLillo's novel by the same name. Featuring Robert Pattinson and Juliette Binoche.
